The cast members researching the ‘Restaurant Formula’ include comedian Hong Hyun-hee, who showcases extraordinary eating shows including crab shells, global YouTuber So-young, who boasts 11.6 million subscribers with her unique eating broadcasts, and comedian Jo Soo-young, who gained attention with the popular segment ‘What About Defconn?’ on Gag Concert.
As the eldest among the researchers, Hong Hyun-hee will act as a food professor showcasing high-class (?) eating, while professional eater So-young will share her eating know-how and tips. The youngest, Jo Soo-young, will provide pre-information about restaurants to assist in the research of the restaurant formula.
The first episode airing on that day will feature ‘Historical Site Restaurants’, visiting a roasted duck restaurant with overwhelming visuals reminiscent of a historical site, from the entrance to the appearance of the owner, as well as a small gimbap specialty store located in the heart of history, such as Gwanghwamun and Jongmyo, revealing the secret behind a restaurant that built a business on small gimbap.
