AKMU's Lee Chan-hyuk is going solo.

According to his agency YG Entertainment, Lee Chan-hyuk will release his second solo studio album 'EROS' on July 14.

YG Entertainment announced this on the 30th through their official SNS with an 'EROS ANNOUNCEMENT'. The video features a green, glitchy TV screen with ominous sounds flowing over it, creating a sense of tension.

Above all, the album name 'EROS' etched on the screen sparked strong curiosity and imagination. It is a word that broadly defines love and has a peculiar connection to the title of his first studio album 'ERROR'.

Given that Lee Chan-hyuk has consistently delivered profound resonance through unexpected musical approaches and thoughtful messages, there is keen interest in what expanded musical world he will unfold this time and what narratives will be contained within it.

YG stated, "You will experience Lee Chan-hyuk's unique production, as well as music that contains delicate storytelling and boundary-breaking attempts. As he returns after three years, please look forward to his more solid album."

Lee Chan-hyuk has established himself as a 'trustworthy artist' by producing numerous hit songs through both AKMU and his solo albums. The stages born from his unique ideas have also garnered attention at every moment, leaving a strong impression and receiving acclaim from both the public and critics.

Meanwhile, AKMU, of which Lee Chan-hyuk is a member, will hold the '2025 AKMU Standing Concert: The Mischievous Ones' at Myunghwa Live Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for three weeks from August 8 to 24, with a total of nine performances. The concert will be a standing performance and will feature a different setlist each week, allowing for interaction with the audience and a diverse musical experience.
