Kim Jun-hyun expressed his affection for 'Immortal Songs.'
On the afternoon of the 17th, a press conference was held at KBS's new building in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, to celebrate the 700th episode of KBS2's 'Immortal Songs.' PDs Park Hyung-geun, Kim Hyung-seok, and Choi Seung-beom, along with Kim Jun-hyun and Lee Chan-won, attended the event.
Kim Jun-hyun shared that even during his past slump, he always had 'Immortal Songs' with him, saying, "At that time, I stopped various programs, but recording 'Immortal Songs' every Monday was truly healing. It was really tiring and difficult, but the singers put in tremendous effort, pouring their souls into the arrangements. Recording this show was a healing experience."
He continued, "I felt that I couldn't let go of this connection. I come to the recording studio with a cheerful and lively spirit. I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the singers who have joined us. Personally, every time I listen to the music each week, I find great comfort and joy, and I am grateful. It's a program I can rely on, and I love it."
First aired in 2011, 'Immortal Songs' is celebrating its 700th episode and will feature 'The Seven Legends' over two weeks on April 5 and 12. Choi Baek-ho, Kim Chang-wan, The Blue, Yoon Jong-shin, YB, Jaurim, and Gummy will join as 'The Seven Legends.' The show airs every Saturday at 6:05 PM.
