Former professional golfer and broadcaster Park Jin-yi will make her acting debut in a drama.
Park Jin-yi will make a special appearance in the second episode of the Genie TV original drama 'Riding Life' (written by Seong Yoon-ah and Jo Won-dong, directed by Kim Cheol-kyu), which airs on the afternoon of the 4th. She will appear as a professional golfer helping with a parent meeting at Myungseong Elementary School, aiming to captivate viewers.
Through her agency, Park Jin-yi expressed, "I was very nervous since it was my first acting experience, but the atmosphere on set was so good that I was able to quickly shake off my nervousness. I am grateful to the director and all the staff for giving me this special experience."
'Riding Life' is a drama depicting the life of a passionate working mom, Jeong-eun (played by Jeon Hye-jin), who entrusts her mother, Jia (played by Jo Min-soo), with her daughter's '7-year-old exam' riding lessons, showcasing the struggles of three generations of women in Daechi-dong. With a lineup of trusted actors including Jeon Hye-jin, Jo Min-soo, Jeong Jin-young, and Jeon Seok-ho, it heralds the birth of a well-made drama.
'Riding Life' airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 PM on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA.
