Singer Baek Ki-sung explained the situation of the group Can.

On the 23rd, Baek Ki-sung appeared as a guest on KBS Joy's ‘Ask Anything’.

On that day, Baek Ki-sung said, "While preparing to release a new song, I happened to sing a cover song, and it became an issue. I sang 'The Moment I First Saw You' from the movie 'Love's Hachuping' OST, and 'Apartment' by Rosé. The response was better than I expected. I am worried that if I release a new song now, it might seem too blatant and intentional."

He continued, "For the past 3-4 years, I have been posting cover song content with acquaintances, but the main audience, the elderly, are not familiar with YouTube, making it hard to exceed 1,000 views. Then I started creating cover song content mainly focused on idol songs."

Hearing this, Seo Jang-hoon asked, "What is the current situation of Can?" Baek Ki-sung replied, "It's not disbandment. We are waiting until Lee Jong-won gets up from his illness." He added, "About 2-3 years ago, Lee Jong-won said he wanted to take a break. So I asked, 'What should I do then?' and he said, 'Just do it alone'."

Meanwhile, ‘Ask Anything’ airs every Monday at 8:30 PM.
