Kim Jong-min revealed that he maintained his path as a dancer thanks to a pastor.
In the episode aired on the afternoon of the 8th, the members were seen taking a bus to their next schedule on the KBS2 variety show ‘1 Night 2 Days Season 4’ (hereinafter ‘1 Night 2 Days’).
During the broadcast, Moon Se-yoon prompted Kim Jong-min by saying, “I heard you quit being a dancer and entertainer to work as a restaurant waiter?”
Kim Jong-min explained, “I entered the restaurant because being a dancer wasn’t paying well. While I was working part-time, a pastor came in as a customer. The pastor told me, ‘You don’t seem like someone who should be working here.’ So I thought, ‘Then where should I work? Oh, this isn’t the right path! I should go back to being a dancer,’ and I quit the next day.” Hearing this, the members were puzzled, saying, “Not a monk, but a pastor? Wouldn’t a pastor not say such things?”
In response, Kim Jong-min added, “But it turned out I hadn’t brought him bread and soup. So he thought I didn’t seem like someone who should be working here,” which made everyone burst into laughter. Moon Se-yoon joked, “It means you’d fail if you worked here,” while Jo Se-ho expressed, “As someone who personally enjoys talking, this is such a high-class conversation. It’s moving up to second place,” admiring Kim Jong-min’s talk.
‘1 Night 2 Days Season 4’ airs every Sunday at 6:10 PM on KBS2.
