Singer Alex shared his thoughts on pursuing a singing career.
On the afternoon of the 25th, Alex appeared on KBS Cool FM's 'Haha's Super Radio' and updated listeners on his current situation.
On that day, Alex stated, "I am not particularly active in music. Rather than consistently doing music, I have been thinking that I want to do the music I like at the timing I want," and added, "To do that, I need to have a full wallet. Because of that, I ended up looking for other work."
Currently, Alex is making appearances to the public through various activities outside of entertainment, such as home shopping. He is also hosting the radio program CBS 'It's Alex by Your Window.'
In February, news broke in the music industry that Alex had divorced his wife about four years ago. It is reported that the couple has no children and amicably concluded their relationship through a mutual divorce.
Alex debuted in 2004 with the mixed group Clazziquai's first regular album 'Instant Pig.' He began his solo career in 2008 with the release of a solo album. In addition to his singing career, he has also acted in dramas such as 'Pasta,' 'A Thousand Days' Promise,' 'My Lovely Sam Soon,' and 'Once Again.'
In particular, Alex gained significant popularity when he appeared as a couple with actress Shin Ae on the past variety show 'We Got Married.'
