Previously, Hyundai Card organized a talk session between Vice Chairman Jeong and Yoo Hee-yeol at the 'Da Vinci Motel' event held in Itaewon, Seoul, on the 20th. Yoo Hee-yeol had completely halted his broadcasting activities after being embroiled in a controversy over allegedly plagiarizing a song by Ryuichi Sakamoto in 2022. This was the first time he appeared in public three years after the controversy.
It is known that Vice Chairman Jeong took great effort in personally inviting Yoo Hee-yeol. At the event, he said, "I called Yoo Hee-yeol and asked, 'How long are you going to hide like this?'" expressing his hope for his return.
