The group Ascent (ASC2NT) will recruit a new member and make a comeback at the end of July.
The agency New Ways Company announced on the 27th, "Ascent member Injun has ended his team activities for health reasons," and added, "We plan to return with a new look alongside a new member to fill his vacancy at the end of July."
Along with this, the agency posted an image announcing Ascent's comeback on their official SNS channels. The image contains the title of the third single album 'Conversion Part.2 BLOOMED', hinting at a storyline that continues from last year's October release 'Conversion Part.1'.
'Conversion Part.1' is an album that carries the message of 'transition' and 'change', extending from the first single album 'Expecting Tomorrow', and Ascent proved their capabilities as a top-tier group with solid live performances through the title track 'Sweet Devil'.
Returning to the music scene after 9 months, they are set to take the stage with new team energy alongside the new member.
The agency stated, "The new member will be revealed soon," and added, "We ask for your interest and expectations for Ascent, who will return with an even more grown-up appearance."
