The group ITZY revealed that Park Jin-young PD supported them ahead of their comeback.
ITZY (Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, Yuna) held a press conference to celebrate the release of their new mini album 'Girls Will Be Girls' on the 9th at 2 PM at the Grand Ballroom on the 4th floor of the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
On this day, Ryujin talked about Park Jin-young PD's appearance in the new album trailer, saying, "Director Yoo Kwang-hyung suggested it, so I asked PD Park Jin-young, and he gladly agreed to come."
She added, "The PD provided a lot of feedback on the songs, choreography, and the album," and mentioned, "In particular, he said, 'The song is really good. I hope you show your own energy,' so we focused on that part during our practice."
Meanwhile, the title track of the album, 'Girls Will Be Girls,' is an attractive song with a dynamic beat and grand vocal harmonies. The five members expressed their determination, saying, "As long as we can be together, that is enough; we are willing to hold your hand and move forward together," focusing on the energy they can express under the name ITZY. The album will be released at 6 PM that day.
