Ailet member Wonhee will make her first professional baseball first pitch after debut.
According to Belift Lab on the 1st, Wonhee will participate in the 'Dream of Ground Series' home three-game series between the Lotte Giants and SSG Landers at Busan Sajik Baseball Stadium at 5 PM today. Wonhee has been selected as a special first pitcher wishing for the victory of the Lotte Giants.
Wonhee stated through her agency, "It is truly an honor to make my first pitch in Busan, my parents' hometown. Especially since my father is a fan of the Lotte Giants, it is even more meaningful," and added, "I am nervous, but since it is a special experience, I will share good energy. I hope all the players stay safe and win for sure."
Ailet, to which Wonhee belongs, will make a comeback with their mini album 'bomb' on the 16th. The title track 'Borrowed Cat (Do the Dance)' is a song based on the French house genre that captures the excitement of a first date. Previously, a snippet video of the title track was released, raising fans' expectations with its catchy melody and concept.
Before their comeback, Ailet will meet fans through various stages. They performed at the '2025 Weverse Con Festival' held at Incheon Inspire Entertainment Resort on the previous day (May 31), heating up the venue with energetic music and performances. In particular, a comeback teaser featuring the silhouettes of the five members was unexpectedly revealed at the end of the stage, receiving explosive reactions from fans.
Ailet will then hold their first fan concert '2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL' at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 7th and 8th, creating special memories with fans. They proved their exceptional ticket power by selling out all seats for the second show through pre-sales alone.
