Singer Daesung successfully concluded his solo concert.
On the 26th and 27th, Daesung held the 'DAESUNG 2025 ASIA TOUR: D’s WAVE IN SEOUL' at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, meeting with fans.
Opening the concert with the title track 'Universe' from his recently released mini album, Daesung showcased new songs such as 'Last Girl' and 'JUMP', raising the excitement from the very beginning.
Following that, Daesung also presented songs from his activities in Japan, eliciting explosive cheers from the audience.
The guest lineup, which highlighted shining camaraderie, also received a warm response. On the 26th, Big Bang's Taeyang appeared as a special guest, delivering a special performance, and on the 27th, both Taeyang and G-Dragon took the stage together, performing Big Bang's complete set including 'HOME SWEET HOME', 'BANG BANG BANG', and 'Loser', creating unforgettable memories for the fans.
This concert marked Daesung's first solo domestic performance, proving his enhanced musical capabilities and outstanding stage presence. The combination of dazzling stage production, high-quality live performance, and heartfelt communication solidified Daesung's unique presence, showcasing emotions and completeness beyond expectations after a long wait.
After concluding the performance, Daesung expressed his feelings through a handwritten letter, stating, "After a busy year filled with albums, concerts, and broadcasts, I am particularly moved to hold my first solo concert in Korea today. I am so happy and grateful that the moment I dreamt of while watching Taeyang's performance at this venue last year has become a reality."
He continued, "Although new challenges are never easy, I was able to create this stage thanks to the support of my company staff who believed in me and, above all, the immense love from my fans. I sincerely thank everyone who joined us today, and I hope we can continue to build our own memories together."
Meanwhile, after successfully concluding the 'D’s WAVE' Seoul concert, Daesung will continue his tour in Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Hong Kong, Kobe, and Yokohama.
