The group NTX has returned with an easy listening track.
NTX (Hyungjin, Yoonhyuk, Siha, Changhoon, Hojoon, Rohyun, Eunho, Seungwon) held a showcase to celebrate the release of their second full album ‘OVER TRACK’ on the morning of the 10th at the Shocking K-Pop Studio in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
This is NTX's first full album release in about 1 year and 3 months since ‘ODD HOUR’. The members are determined to prove their expanded musical spectrum through this album, which includes 11 tracks.
Rohyun reflected on the release process of ‘ODD HOUR’, saying, “With this album, I challenged myself to work with various genres and new people, and I felt a lot. Honestly, I had some reluctance to sing songs received from outside, but while preparing for the full album, I received help from YG producers. We included our own songs as well as new ones.”
The title track ‘OVER N OVER’ conveys a message of enjoying a break from the monotonous and repetitive daily life, depicting youth that can run freely and enjoy a little escapism together. It’s a song that allows you to savor NTX's free-spirited energy.
Siha stated about ‘OVER N OVER’, “While the goal was to show intense performances on stage until now, this time we prepared with the mindset of enjoying the stage,” adding, “We focused on showcasing a fun party atmosphere.”
Yoonhyuk continued, “I thought it was important to approach it in a catchy way. I felt that rather than sticking to our own color, it should be an easy listening track to be more accessible to the public. I hope it’s a song that the people of South Korea listen to at least twice.”
Debuting in 2020, NTX is approaching their 4th anniversary.
Yoonhyuk shared his future goals, saying, “I hope our team name becomes more known and that this album does well. I hope ‘OVER N OVER’ is heard a lot online.”
Eunho also expressed, “Our team’s strength is teamwork. Since we live closely together, our teamwork is really good,” adding, “I hope our team becomes known and that we appear a lot on easily accessible social media for the public.”
Meanwhile, NTX's second full album ‘OVER TRACK’ can be enjoyed starting from noon on this day.
