Singer Lee Jin-ah has announced her pregnancy after 6 years of marriage.
On the 6th, Lee Jin-ah posted on her SNS, "How have you been? I have some news to share. I have been experiencing wonderful days lately. A baby angel has come to me. I wanted to let you all know. Wishing you a happy new year!" along with an ultrasound video of the baby.
Lee Jin-ah married pianist Shin Sung-jin in March 2019 and is now preparing to become a parent after about 6 years. The couple, who are seniors and juniors at Seoul Institute of the Arts in the Practical Music Department, became husband and wife after 4 years of dating.
Lee Jin-ah gained significant attention for her unique and distinctive vocals, as well as her outstanding piano skills, after appearing on 'K-Pop Star Season 4'. Following the audition, she signed with Antenna, led by producer Yoo Hee-yeol, and has continued her activities there.
