The group Fromis_9 is leaving HYBE.
According to a confirmation from Maeil Business Newspaper Star Today on the 29th, Fromis_9 has decided to leave Pledis Entertainment, a label under HYBE, in January next year. Fromis_9, which debuted on January 24, 2018, will not be renewing their contract with the agency.
Fromis_9 is an eight-member girl group that was formed through the Mnet idol audition program 'Idol School' in 2018. All eight members have agreed to leave the company.
The exclusive contract between Fromis_9 and Pledis will end on December 31. They will release a fan song expressing their gratitude to fans on December 23.
