'Zombie Daughter' has maintained its position at the top of the box office for 12 consecutive days, while the ticket sales for the movie 'Demon Slayer: Infinity Train' are nearing 350,000.
According to the integrated computer network for movie ticket sales from the Korean Film Council on the 13th, the film 'Zombie Daughter' (directed by Pil Gam-seong) attracted 100,301 viewers the previous day, bringing its total audience count to 3,556,626.
Released on the 30th of last month, 'Zombie Daughter' is a comedic drama about a father who undergoes secret training to protect his daughter, who has become the last remaining zombie in the world. Actors Jo Jung-seok, Choi Yu-ri, Lee Jung-eun, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Jo Yeo-jeong star in the film. It has set various records, including the fastest to reach 1 million and 2 million viewers this year, and has easily surpassed the break-even point of 2.2 million viewers.
In 2nd place is the long-running film 'F1: The Movie' (directed by Joseph Kosinski). On the same day, it attracted 43,901 viewers, bringing its total audience count to 3,733,053.
