Actress Lee Jung-eun shared her thoughts on reuniting with Jo Yeo-jeong in ‘Zombie Daughter’.

On the morning of the 30th, a production report for the movie ‘Zombie Daughter’ was held at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with director Pil Gam-seong, Jo Jung-seok, Lee Jung-eun, Jo Yeo-jeong, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Choi Yu-ri in attendance.

On this day, Lee Jung-eun and Jo Yeo-jeong met again in ‘Zombie Daughter’ after their collaboration in the 2019 film ‘Parasite’. Lee Jung-eun said, “The roles have reversed compared to ‘Parasite’. In ‘Parasite’, I served Jo Yeo-jeong as a lady, but this time I am the landlord,” which brought laughter.

In response, Jo Yeo-jeong said, “In ‘Parasite’, there weren’t many scenes with Lee Jung-eun. So I wanted to meet again, and after working on this project, I want to meet again,” to which Lee Jung-eun replied, “I will live by parasitizing well.”

Meanwhile, ‘Zombie Daughter’, based on a webtoon of the same name, is a comedic drama about a doting father who begins secret training to protect his daughter, who has become the last remaining zombie in the world. Directed by Pil Gam-seong, known for his captivating direction in works like ‘Hostage’ and ‘Lucky Day’, Jo Jung-seok plays the role of the doting father, Jung-hwan. It is set to be released on July 30.
