Actor Lee Jae-in has taken on his first action role through the movie 'High Five'.

On the 12th, at the production report conference for the movie 'High Five' (directed by Kang Hyung-cheol) held at Lotte Cinema in Kondae, Lee Jae-in began, "I showed a kick during my first meeting with the director."

The film is a comic action drama that depicts the story of five individuals who accidentally gain different superpowers through organ transplants and encounter those who seek their abilities. It is the latest work by director Kang Hyung-cheol, known for directing 'Speed Scandal', 'Sunny', 'Tazza: The High Rollers', and 'Swing Kids'.

Lee Jae-in plays the role of Wan-seo, who gains superhuman strength after a heart transplant. He said, "I have loved superhero movies since I was young, so I grew up watching them," and added, "I am very grateful that the director gave me the opportunity to showcase action acting, and I remember doing a kick during our first meeting."

He continued, "Since it was my first time doing an action scene, I was worried about the other actor getting hurt, but (Park Jin-young) helped me a lot to ensure that he wouldn't get hurt, so we had fun filming."

Lee Jae-in, Ahn Jae-hong, Yoo Ah-in, Ra Mi-ran, Kim Hee-won, Oh Jung-se, and Park Jin-young are among the cast. The film is set to be released on May 30.
