Lee Juno expressed his gratitude towards Seo Taiji while recounting his journey of joining 'Seo Taiji and Boys'.

In an episode released on the YouTube channel 'Alcohol Addiction Show' on the 14th, Lee Juno said, "I have gratitude towards both Seo Taiji and Yang Hyun-suk," and reflected, "If I hadn't received that offer and had just danced with Cheol-woo or DJed, I wonder if I could have made a name for myself as 'Lee Juno' in the public eye," reminiscing about the time he joined 'Seo Taiji and Boys'.

Lee Juno stated, "I thought this music was worth trying. At that time, Seo Taiji was an underground band and a rookie singer. It doesn't make sense for someone who dances the best in the underground scene to back up a rookie singer. Nevertheless, the music was good, so I judged that it was worth a try, and it turned out well."

While listening to the story, Cool's Kim Sung-soo asked, "Hyung, can you call Seo Taiji now?" to which Lee Juno replied, "Taiji doesn't answer calls."

He explained, "When Taiji came to Korea for solo activities after 10 years, my sister-in-law (Lee Eun-sung) and I often visited their family when they lived in Pyeongchang-dong. We would go over for meals and such," adding, "My sister-in-law also met my wife during those times. Even then, we couldn't get him on the phone. Taiji doesn't carry a phone around."

Seo Taiji shared a heartfelt message on social media during Christmas in 2019, saying, "I was surprised to see news about my recent move from Pyeongchang-dong," and added, "It was quite sad to leave as our whole family had spent a long time there, but we decided to move to face more exciting and joyful things. You might be curious about where I moved, but I will let you know someday."

Seo Taiji has not released any albums since 'Quiet Night' in 2014.
