Netflix's new series 'Crash Course in Romance' has reached 2nd place in the Netflix Global TOP 10 series (non-English) category.
According to Netflix on the 19th, 'Crash Course in Romance' recorded 6,000,000 viewership (the number of views divided by the total runtime of the work) in its second week of release, securing the 2nd spot in the global TOP 10 series (non-English) category.
Not only in South Korea but also in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Turkey, the Philippines, and Vietnam, it has entered the TOP 10 list in a total of 41 countries, continuing its popularity both domestically and internationally.
The work unfolds the adventurous life of 'rebellious troublemaker' Ae-soon, born in Jeju, and 'clumsy iron man' Kwan-sik through the four seasons. It vividly portrays stories from the 60s and 70s as if they are happening right before our eyes, resonating with audiences across generations and borders.
After the release of the second act, it left a deep impression on younger viewers by reminding them of their parents' stories, while older viewers reflected on the hardships of the past.
The third act will be released on Netflix on the 21st.
