The movie ‘Ghost Police’ is set to be released to the public.
‘Ghost Police’, featuring Shin Hyun-joon and Kim Soo-mi, is the third and final collaboration between the two, following ‘Barefoot Gi-bong’ and the ‘Family Honor’ series.
The natural chemistry and 100% ad-libs stemming from the long-standing trust between them, who have lived as a real mother and son, evoke a sense of nostalgia and longing as they can no longer meet on screen.
In particular, Shin Hyun-joon described ‘Ghost Police’ as a film made because he wanted to be happy with Kim Soo-mi, stating that if you liked ‘Barefoot Gi-bong’, you will enjoy this movie, and it will remind you of the ‘Family Honor’ series. Additionally, the genuine vibe with his close friend Jung Joon-ho, who made a special appearance, raises expectations for the film.
The ensemble built on the trust developed over the years with director Kim Young-joon, who has been with them since college, Kim Soo-mi, who has played the role of a mother, and the true friend Jung Joon-ho, will be conveyed to the audience, offering a mix of laughter and emotion.
