Park Seo-jin's younger sister, Park Hyo-jung, revealed that she is in contact with her romantic interest.
On the afternoon of the 7th, KBS2's 'Salimnam Season 2' (hereafter 'Salimnam') featured Park Seo-jin and Park Hyo-jung taking care of Kim Sang-hyuk's nephew.
In this episode, Park Seo-jin appeared as the first Salimnam. Carrying flowers and gifts, he headed somewhere, saying, "The person I'm meeting today is really important," showing signs of nervousness.
At that moment, Kim Sang-hyuk, a former member of Clazziquai, and his mother welcomed Seo-jin. Sang-hyuk's mother, a fan of Seo-jin, said, "Sit next to me! It's hard to meet you again. Can we take a picture? Make sure to take it nicely because I want to brag," and hugged Seo-jin.
While Seo-jin was exploring Kim Sang-hyuk's room, he heard the sound of the large blender he had just gifted and rushed out of the room. It turned out that Kim Sang-hyuk's mother was making a shake that had become a hot topic. She said, "I added more because Seo-jin is coming. I put in black garlic and pine nuts. Enjoy it," handing over the shake.
The shake contained 20 ingredients, including peanuts, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, black soybeans, raisins, sacha inchi, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, almonds, blanched tomatoes, black garlic, mixed grain rice, chicken breast, and olive oil, and Park Seo-jin remarked, "It seems like it will be really delicious," despite his expression suggesting otherwise.
Ultimately, after tasting the shake, Seo-jin made a puzzled expression, causing the panel to burst into laughter.
At that moment, Sang-hyuk's nephew appeared. Sang-hyuk revealed that the room he is currently using was originally his brother's newlywed room, indicating how close he is with his nephew. Seo-jin admitted, "I'm scared of babies. Just looking at them, they seem so fragile. I'm worried I might hurt them, so I can't even hold them," explaining why he avoids babies.
Sang-hyuk and Seo-jin headed to Hangang Park with the baby. When Seo-jin asked how to play with the baby, Sang-hyuk replied, "You have to react a lot. And you should raise your voice tone," and they played a grabbing game together.
For a moment, Sang-hyuk left, leaving only Seo-jin and the baby. Seo-jin approached the baby, but an awkward atmosphere lingered. Eventually, Seo-jin bought a bubble gun and a ball from a convenience store to stimulate their inner child, and they even played with the fountain together.
After the intense water play, Seo-jin decided to take care of Seo-jun for a while at his home. Hyo-jung, surprised, asked, "Did you bring a baby?" and called her dad to brag about having a grandchild.
As the awkward atmosphere continued, Hyo-jung put on a dinosaur costume and approached Seo-jun first, even cooking for him.
When Hyo-jung kept teasing Seo-jin about whether the baby was his, Seo-jin mentioned, "You also have a romantic interest, right? Are you still in contact?" referring to Hyo-jung's romantic interest that had been a topic in a previous broadcast. Hyo-jung smiled and said, "Just eat together," then added, "But this isn't my story. It's about a friend. The guy asked if she had eaten, and she said she hadn't. Then he said if she had eaten, he wanted to go for a walk together," indirectly revealing that she is in contact with her romantic interest.
Watching this, Eun Ji-won and Baek Ji-young expressed skepticism, saying, "Something seems off? Usually, you would ask someone out for a meal, right? He said if she had eaten, let's go for a walk?" Seo-jun asked Seo-jin, "Auntie, do you think you'll get married soon? How many months do you think it will take? A month?" When Seo-jin nodded, he laughed and asked, "Is there a wedding hall in Sacheon?"
After sending the baby off, Seo-jin reflected, "I realized that this is what parenting is like, and just watching Seo-jun eat made me feel full and happy," saying he came to understand a parent's heart.
As the second Salimnam, Ji Sang-ryeol appeared with Son Beom-soo. The couple, known as Korea's first announcer couple, reminisced about how they met. Jin Yang-hye said, "On the day of the announcer interview, he started talking to me," revealing that Son Beom-soo approached her first.
When Ji Sang-ryeol requested a KBS daily tour, Son Beom-soo decided to visit the 'Music Bank' filming site. Meeting the MCs of 'Music Bank', Min-joo and Moon Sang-min, Son Beom-soo was suddenly offered to be a guest MC and took the stage.
After filming, Jin Yang-hye expressed her gratitude to Ji Sang-ryeol, saying, "It brings back memories. When I went to Songdo, I didn't know anything, but thinking back, you helped me find a house and told me about good restaurants in the area."
Son Beom-soo also expressed his gratitude, saying, "When you go to a strange neighborhood, you don't know where to go, who to meet, or which restaurants to visit. You helped me with all that. You introduced me to close juniors and seniors in Incheon, and I'm still close with them as juniors."
Ji Sang-ryeol remarked, "It seems like Incheon is a good fit for you. Your first and second children went to good schools," revealing that Son Beom-soo and Jin Yang-hye's first son entered Yonsei University and their second son entered Princeton University in the U.S., surprising everyone.
When Son Beom-soo asked, "Why aren't you dating?" Ji Sang-ryeol lamented, "It's not that I'm not dating; it seems like there's no romance in my fate."
