Singer Hwasa shed her charisma and displayed her natural charm.

On the 15th, Hwasa made her comeback with a new digital single "Good Goodbye," and in a photoshoot with fashion magazine Harper’s BAZAAR Korea, she transformed with short hair, showcasing a comfortable allure, unlike her usual intense stage presence.

In an interview following the photoshoot, when asked why she chose the ballad genre for this comeback, Hwasa replied, "This song is sung as 'Ahn Hye-jin' rather than 'Hwasa.' It's not the glamorous Hwasa on stage, but rather, I poured my heart into the song as if I were writing a letter honestly as a person."

She continued, regarding the most challenging part of the song's creation, "I kept asking myself, 'Why can't I write better?' and revised the lyrics hundreds of times. But unexpectedly, there were days when words would just flow out suddenly. The words that came out naturally from within me felt more sincere than grand phrases."

She highlighted the line, "Goodbyes may hurt us, but they will be elegant. You smile big so that I can regret hitting the ground. Goodbye," as the lyrics that contain her most honest feelings in this song.

More of Hwasa's photos and behind-the-scenes stories of her new song can be found in the November issue of Harper’s BAZAAR and on their website, and a video interview featuring a live performance of the new song can also be found on the 'BAZAAR YouTube' channel.
