Actor Tang Jun-sang has successfully opened the curtain for 'Death Note'.

On the 16th, Tang Jun-sang met the audience through the preview of the musical 'Death Note' held at the D-Cube Arts Center in Seoul.

In the play, Tang Jun-sang plays the role of the world's greatest detective L, who penetrates the essence of the case with his genius deductive skills while hiding his identity, captivating the audience with his meticulous interpretation and explosive vocal ability.

After finishing the first performance, Tang Jun-sang stated through his agency CLN Company, "It was so thrilling and exciting to meet the audience on stage after a long time. I prepared hard, and it was a performance where I felt a lot of pride for the effort I put in," and added, "I am very grateful to the audience who came to see 'Death Note'. I will continue to work hard to show good performances on stage in the future."

Tang Jun-sang, who debuted in the musical 'Billy Elliot' in 2010, has built his skills with a variety of characters and stable stage manners in musicals such as 'Mozart!', 'The Last Empress', and 'Elisabeth'. He has since expanded his activities, proving his acting spectrum by appearing in dramas such as 'Crash Landing on You', 'Racket Boys', and films like 'Dog Days' and 'The Architect'.

The musical 'Death Note', featuring Tang Jun-sang, will be performed at the D-Cube Arts Center until May 10, 2026.
