Broadcaster Ji Yae-eun has been reported to be receiving treatment for a thyroid (thyroid gland) disorder.
According to Sports Dong-A on the 14th, Ji Yae-eun felt unwell while actively working and visited a hospital, where it was discovered that her thyroid function was decreased, leading her to temporarily suspend her activities.
Previously, the agency stated in August that "Ji Yae-eun plans to focus on her health recovery starting in September." It is known that Ji Yae-eun has been on a break for over three weeks since last month.
