Comedian Kim Sook reflected on her 'No Smoking' declaration.
The Netflix original 'Driver: In Search of the Lost Handle', released on the 5th, featured the episode 'Confessions of Villains'.
The production team sent the 'Driver' members into exile in Gangjin, Jeollanam-do, assigning them charges such as public disorder and ignorance.
The production team stated, "Since you are in the status of exiles, we would like to have a time of reflection," and prepared a corner called 'Confession Letters from Others'.
This meant that the members would write confession letters for each other. The members began to seriously write confession letters for one another.
Hong Jin-kyung wrote a confession letter for Kim Sook, which Kim Sook read aloud. She said, "Today, I want to share a story that I have been hiding from you all. Some of you may have already guessed, but I still haven't quit smoking," and added, "Every time I shout 'Sook is No Smoking' on the show, I feel guilty and honestly wanted to confess, but I reflect on this," which brought laughter.
Kim Sook mentioned, "On days when the recording goes well and I am stressed, I manage with just three cigarettes a day," and added, "Honestly, when I blow away all my worries and concerns with cigarette smoke, I really think there's nothing like it."
She continued, "However, I promise to only smoke three cigarettes a day from now on," which elicited another round of laughter.
Additionally, she said, "Since I'm reflecting, I will share one more thing. I actually received a proposal not long ago," and revealed, "My first love, who was in prison, was recently released and formally proposed to me. I felt guilty for hiding this fact and being blinded by the broadcast concept, making it seem like I was having a fling with Koo Bon-seung. I reflect on this as well."
Furthermore, she added, "I pretended to be a girl crush on the show, acting like I wasn't interested in men, but in fact, I am 'Nam Mi-sae'. I haven't officially moved in with my first love from prison yet, but I will let you know as soon as there is good news," which made everyone burst into laughter.
