Actress Han Ga-in's high school homeroom teacher testified about her beauty during her senior year.
On the 2nd, a video titled ‘Han Ga-in gives a big gift to her retired homeroom teacher (a huge surprise, teacher's reaction)’ was posted on the YouTube channel ‘Free Woman Han Ga-in’.
On that day, Han Ga-in visited her high school homeroom teacher whom she had coincidentally met recently. The teacher recalled, "At that time, Hyun-joo (Han Ga-in's real name) wore black horn-rimmed glasses, so her beauty wasn't very noticeable. But when she appeared on the news, she took off her glasses, tied her hair up, and looked beautiful."
Regarding the reason she took off her glasses when appearing on the news, Han Ga-in said, "It wasn't intentional. I was in class when they came to interview for the news. Suddenly, my friends said, 'Hyun-joo is pretty, so let her do it.' But until then, I had never thought of myself as externally pretty, so I thought, 'Why should I be the one to film that?'"
She continued, "Still, I thought it would be better to take off my glasses just in case something happens later. If I had worn glasses, it would have been a dark history."
The teacher said, "Whenever I mention that I was Han Ga-in's homeroom teacher, the most common question I get is, 'Did Han Ga-in have plastic surgery?' I wouldn't know if she had it before I knew her, but as far as I know, that face is just the same." To this, Han Ga-in laughed and said, "I can say for sure that I did not have plastic surgery."
