Julie of the group Kiss of Life, who has come under scrutiny due to the leak of private CCTV footage, has indicated a strong response to the indiscriminate speculation and malicious comments.

On the 29th, the agency S2 Entertainment stated, “We have confirmed that videos are being illegally leaked and distributed online, and while we have previously expressed our position on this matter, unfounded speculation surrounding our artist continues to spread, prompting us to clarify our stance.”

They continued, “We recognize that the artist's honor and dignity are being seriously damaged due to unverified rumors and reckless speculation, and this has reached a level that can no longer be overlooked. We are currently collecting and analyzing data with our legal firm, and we are preparing legal actions against the dissemination of false information, malicious postings, and overall violations of personality rights.”

They added, “All evidence collected during this process will be utilized in legal proceedings, and we clearly state that we will respond strongly without any agreements or leniency. We emphasize that the illegal leakage and distribution of videos, as well as secondary harm and manipulation, can also be subject to legal penalties.”

Recently, a video was released on Chinese Weibo showing a couple on what appears to be a date at a bar. The circumstances surrounding the leak of this video are unclear, but some netizens have claimed that the individuals in the video are Berry Berry's Kang Min and Kiss of Life's Julie, leading to controversy.

In relation to this, Kang Min's agency Jellyfish Entertainment stated, “This rumor is completely false and is a malicious falsehood that seriously damages the artist's reputation.”

On the other hand, Julie's side stated, “We cannot confirm anything as it pertains to the artist's private life,” which has intensified the controversy.
