In relation to the unauthorized home invasion incident involving BTS members, some suspects have been sent to the prosecution.

The agency, Big Hit Music, announced on the 29th through a fan communication platform, "We have filed complaints against the authors of malicious posts based on monitoring of domestic communities, music sites, and overseas SNS channels, as well as valuable reports from fans this quarter," and added, "Some of the complaints filed last year were sent to the prosecution with a guilty opinion in July."

Additionally, it was revealed that those who attempted to unlawfully enter the homes of BTS members have also been sent to the prosecution.

Big Hit Music stated, "We are actively cooperating with relevant agencies to ensure that the investigation into the intruders proceeds as smoothly as possible, including reporting the intruders to the police, submitting evidence, and providing opinions," and emphasized, "We will do our best to ensure that the intruders receive severe punishment."

They further added, "Any act of approaching or loitering around the artist's personal residence, observing the artist's residence from the outside, leaking the artist's personal information, or any other act that infringes on the artist's privacy is subject to criminal punishment under laws related to home invasion and stalking crimes. We earnestly request that you respect the artist's privacy and safety to foster a safe and healthy fan culture."

Meanwhile, BTS, having completed their military service, is currently working on an album with the goal of a full group comeback in the spring of next year.
