Hong Kong has entered a state of emergency due to the impact of typhoon ‘Lagasa’. The Hong Kong Observatory issued the highest level warning, ‘Typhoon Signal No. 10’, at 2:40 AM on the 24th.
As a result of the typhoon, over 700 flights have already been canceled, effectively shutting down the city. Kindergartens, elementary schools, and middle schools have been closed since the 22nd.
