Actor Ryu Soo-young's cookbook ‘Ryu Soo-young's Lifetime Recipes’ has been found to contain a printing error, prompting an apology from the publisher.
Publisher Semicolon announced on the 23rd through their official account that there was a typo in the ingredient list for ‘Gochujang Butter Ribs’ regarding the amount of salt, and they are correcting it.
The incorrect listing in the recipe stated ‘3 tablespoons of salt’, while the corrected version is ‘3 pinches of salt’.
This correction has been made and reflected from the 18th edition onwards. The publisher expressed, “We apologize for the inconvenience caused in reading and cooking.”
Ryu Soo-young shared the post on his account.

Released in June, ‘Ryu Soo-young's Lifetime Recipes’ quickly rose to the top of the comprehensive bestseller list and has maintained a high ranking, receiving much love.
Recently appearing on KBS2’s ‘Problematic Men in the Rooftop Room’, Ryu Soo-young expressed pride, saying, “It reached the 11th edition just a month after publication.” In response, broadcaster Song Eun-yi speculated, “The royalties have surpassed 100 million won.”
Ryu Soo-young, who prepared for the book's publication for four years, explained, “Since a cookbook goes into the mouth, I felt it would be very embarrassing and regrettable if there were mistakes, which is why it took so long.”
Ryu Soo-young married actress Park Ha-sun in 2017 and they have one daughter together.
