Yeon Sang-ho has become the new king of the box office, stopping the solo run of 'Demon Slayer: Mugen Train'.

According to the integrated computer network of the Korean Film Council, 'Face' attracted 35,019 viewers on the day before its release, ranking first at the box office.

Receiving praise as the return of the 'Primordial Universe', 'Face' tells the story of 'Im Young-kyu', who has become a master in the field of sculpture but is blind, and his son 'Im Dong-hwan', who unravels the mystery of his mother's death buried for 40 years. The film features performances by Park Jung-min, Kwon Hae-hyo, Shin Hyun-bin, Lim Sung-jae, and Han Ji-hyun.

The 'Demon Slayer: Mugen Train' (directed by Sotozaki Haruo) has been pushed down to second place. On the same day, it attracted 33,828 viewers, surpassing a cumulative audience of 4.13 million.

In third place is 'Murderer Report' (directed by Jo Young-jun), which attracted about 13,000 viewers, bringing its cumulative audience to over 227,000.

Fourth place goes to the powerful 'F1 The Movie' (directed by Joseph Kosinski), which attracted over 11,000 viewers, recording a cumulative audience of over 4.96 million.

As of 8 AM that day, the real-time reservation rate was led by 'Can't Help It'. With a reservation rate of 30.0% and about 180,000 tickets reserved, it was followed by 'Demon Slayer: Mugen Train' and 'Face'.
