Actress Lee Hae-in revealed the story of how she increased her assets from 100 million to 1.8 billion won.

On the 8th, Lee Hae-in uploaded a video titled "The magic of turning 100 million into 1.8 billion, curious?" on YouTube.

In the video, Lee shared her recent situation. She mentioned that she hadn't filmed for YouTube recently, saying, "I went to Myanmar for about a month. My YouTube channel was banned from earning revenue. I was in shock. It was frustrating and I didn't want to do it anymore."

She continued, "They classified it as sexual content. I understand that playing the piano can be seen that way due to the outfit. But even my acting channel was affected, so I started to dislike it. I felt like I needed a break."

After taking some time to recharge, Lee stated, "I made a decision. I decided to become a property owner," surprising everyone.

Lee said, "People might think I'm crazy, but I'm serious," adding, "When I moved to Seoul in my 20s, my lifelong wish was to own a home. I saved up almost without spending my seed money, and when I saved 100 million won, I thought I should buy a house. I was living in a rented place in Seongdong-gu, and I wanted to own that house, so I bought it."

After purchasing, the value of her home continued to rise over the next 15 years. Lee explained, "The house price skyrocketed. Even when I listed it for 1.6 billion won, there were no buyers, but it kept rising. I listed it for 1.8 billion won, and someone wanted to buy it right away. I wondered if selling was the right choice. There were houses that went up to 2 billion won. I ended up selling it, but it hasn't been long since."
