
It has been reported that webtoon artist Park Tae-jun, known from 'Ulzzang Generation', has divorced former girl group member Choi Soo-jung.
On the 28th, Park Tae-jun's agency, The Gream Entertainment, stated, "Park Tae-jun and Choi Soo-jung divorced by mutual agreement last year."
They added, "The divorce was due to personality differences," and "The claim that a property division lawsuit is ongoing is not true."
Previously, a media outlet reported that Park Tae-jun and Choi Soo-jung divorced last year and are currently undergoing a property division lawsuit.
In 2020, Park Tae-jun announced his marriage to Choi Soo-jung on MBC's entertainment show 'Radio Star', stating, "We registered our marriage this year." At that time, he mentioned, "We dated for 10 years. Living together feels like living with a friend. My wife calls me her best friend," but they faced a breakup after four years of marriage.
Park Tae-jun started his career in 2009 with the Comedy TV show 'Ulzzang Generation' and has appeared in shows like 'Flower Boy Company' and 'Food Road'. He gained popularity as a writer for Naver Webtoons such as 'Lookism', 'Fight Class 3', and 'Life is a Mess'.
Choi Soo-jung debuted in 2010 as a member of the China-Korea joint group Lotte Girls. She appeared in the web drama 'Check, Mate' in 2018. In 2019, she gained attention for appearing as a close friend of MAMAMOO member Hwasa on MBC's 'I Live Alone'.
