Comedian Kim Ji-hye claimed that most of the 90-pyeong apartment in Banpo belongs to her.

In the episode aired on the 28th, JTBC’s ‘I Can't Be the 1st Housemate 2’ depicted the divorce experience of the couple Kim Ji-hye and Park Jun-hyung.

On that day, Kim Ji-hye met with lawyer Yang So-young to discuss property division in case of divorce from her husband Park Jun-hyung. Kim Ji-hye expressed that she felt like an outcast since the first day of her marriage while living with her in-laws.

Kim Ji-hye revealed that she conveyed her intention to separate to Park Jun-hyung after noticing her face becoming increasingly shadowed during their marriage. However, Park Jun-hyung responded, "I will separate if my mother allows it."

Kim Ji-hye said, "I just moved out as a tenant. At that time, I crazily saved money and bought a 90-pyeong apartment in Banpo." In response, Lee Eun-hyung stated, "We must acknowledge Kim Ji-hye's contribution regarding the apartment."

Kim Ji-hye explained that she sold their first newlywed home for 2 billion won, used 1 billion won to secure a rental house for her mother-in-law, and paid off the remaining loan of 1 billion won for her current house. Upon learning that the rental house for her mother-in-law was under Park Jun-hyung's name, lawyer Yang So-young surprised everyone by saying, "Then this should also be included in the property division."

Meanwhile, ‘I Can't Be the 1st Housemate 2’ concludes its season 2 with this episode.
