Kim Jiyoon, the older sister of BLACKPINK's Jisoo, is taking on a variety show challenge.
Recently, Kim Jiyoon announced on her Instagram account, "Finally, I have good news to share! On August 26, I will be participating in the Super Seller program through Grip's first live commerce," revealing her appearance on the ENA variety show 'Super Seller: Incentive Game' (hereafter referred to as Super Seller).
In the promotional video for 'Super Seller,' Kim Jiyoon is seen being asked, "Do you feel any pressure being BLACKPINK's Jisoo's older sister?" To this, Kim Jiyoon replied, "No, not at all. It's true, so I can't help it. I was born this way."
When asked about her younger sister BLACKPINK's reaction, Kim Jiyoon said, "(My sister) will probably like it. Since she has a T personality, she will likely cheer me on by saying, 'Yeah, go for it!'"
Regarding her past experience, Kim Jiyoon shared, "I have worked as a flight attendant and a telecommunications consultant, and I received first place for my kindness. Currently, I have 540,000 followers as an influencer, but I want to grow even more as a seller. Sometimes, a novice can suddenly excel more than an expert, right? I have a competitive spirit, so I will work hard aiming for first place," she expressed her determination.
'Super Seller' is a real survival program where 40 participants from various backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, occupation, or experience, compete solely based on their 'selling skills.' A fierce battle for sales will unfold in an extreme vertical platform where sales equate to survival and destiny. It is set to air on the ENA channel in October.
