Broadcaster Jang Young-ran revealed the reason her husband, a traditional Korean medicine doctor, transferred his 400-pyeong hospital.
On the 20th, a video titled “Jang Young-ran X Haji Young’s Real Talk Part 2 is Coming Soon” was posted on the YouTube channel ‘YouTube Haji Young’.
On that day, Jang Young-ran mentioned that her relationship with her husband improved after he transferred the hospital, saying, “My husband is like a wild horse and a manly man. He looks delicate and handsome, but his personality is very strong and he is a tough guy. It must be hard for someone like him to give up his career.”
When Haji Young said, “I think it’s a bit difficult to be Jang Young-ran’s husband,” Jang Young-ran added, “That’s what’s difficult.”
She explained, “My husband is someone whose face shows a lot. But since his face is known, he has to endure a lot. I feel sorry that he worries about me, thinking that if he makes a mistake, it might affect me.”
She continued, “I always tell the kids that I’m sorry. When I say, ‘I’m sorry that mom is a celebrity,’ the kids don’t understand yet. They say, ‘I like that my mom is a celebrity.’ So when they don’t listen, I tell them, ‘I’ll quit being a celebrity.’”
Now that the kids are in elementary school, they like that their mom is a celebrity, but she said, “It’s good now, but when they go to middle school and high school, it will follow them continuously.” She expressed, “I feel sorry for my husband because I know it’s hard. He wants me to do better, so how comfortable is he? That’s why we take care of each other more, and we don’t fight, so we’re always smiling.”
Jang Young-ran, who prioritized her husband’s success, said, “In the end, it seems like he gave me luck. I hope that luck goes to my husband too.” She added, “I told my husband, ‘Since you’ve worked hard, isn’t it time to take a little break?’”
Jang Young-ran married traditional Korean medicine doctor Han Chang in 2009 and has one son and one daughter. Recently, she drew attention by revealing on her YouTube channel ‘A-Class Jang Young-ran’ that “my husband sold his (400-pyeong) hospital. He transferred all rights and facilities.”
