Doctor and YouTuber Yeo Esther shared a shocking story from her internship days.
A video titled 'I Can No Longer Be a Doctor l Yeo Esther's Internship Episode 2' was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Yeo Esther's Esther TV'.
In the video, while sharing experiences from her internship, Yeo Esther began by saying, "I always said I was part of the Yeon-an Pier group, but I actually remember it as the Koldooki group."
She recounted, "Gangsters come in after drinking. If they come in drunk and bleed, we can't treat them," adding, "There was one nurse and I, both with long hair. The (drunk) patient tried to grab our hair, and we played a pushing game with the bed until the patient sobered up. If it got too difficult, the nurse and I would run away to the administrative office."
She continued, "But I was disappointed that the people in the Incheon City Hospital's administrative office pretended not to see us. So, I became close with the nurse."
She explained, "One of my colleagues was taken by the Koldooki group while wearing a doctor's gown. But strangely, the people in the Koldooki group were all quite okay. They didn't hit him; they just took him because they needed him and then left him in the middle of an intersection wearing just the gown."
Additionally, she added, "I wasn't taken away, I just played a bit of the pushing game."
