Actress Choi Hwa-jung revealed her secret to maintaining her figure.

Choi Hwa-jung stated that she has been walking up stairs for a long time, saying, "It's the only exercise I do."
She continued, "I just walk up the stairs. It takes less than 7 minutes in total. You can do it in regular clothes."
When asked about her walking posture, Choi Hwa-jung explained, "They say you should slightly lift your heels to engage your calves. Sometimes, I land fully on my feet."
She added, "Breathe a lot. That way, it becomes aerobic exercise."
