On the 6th, a video titled ‘Jang Young-ran's husband’s story of selling a 400-pyeong oriental medicine hospital and managing the household (unemployed husband, economic power)’ was posted on the YouTube channel ‘A-Class Jang Young-ran’.
On that day, Jang Young-ran surprised everyone by saying, “My husband sold the hospital.” When the production team asked, “So, he’s not seeing patients now?” Han Chang, Jang Young-ran's husband, replied, “That’s right. He’s really unemployed.”
When Jang Young-ran said, “We fought a lot while running the hospital,” Han Chang honestly stated, “We almost got divorced.” Jang Young-ran added, “Since my husband quit, we haven’t fought. There’s nothing to fight about. Ultimately, he has embraced me in a bigger way.”
When the production team asked, “So, you’re not practicing medicine?” Jang Young-ran responded, “He has to be a doctor. How did he become an oriental medicine doctor?” which drew laughter. Han Chang said, “Of course, I have my oriental medicine license, but for now, I will be doing household chores. Helping the kids with their homework, sending them to academies. It was all done by my wife, but since she’s busy, someone has to do it. And right now, that’s me,” which moved Jang Young-ran.
