Singer Choi Yena has filled Macau with positive energy.
On the 19th, Choi Yena held her first solo concert titled 'A New World Starting from a Square! Journey in Macau' at the Broadway Theatre in Macau.
After visiting Macau for a fan concert last July, Choi Yena returned to the local scene after 9 months, opening the show with performances of 'NemoNemo', 'SMARTPHONE', and 'U'. After finishing her stage, she expressed her excitement, saying, "I am really thrilled to have my first solo concert in Macau. Since our fans, the Earthlings, have waited a long time, I will create a special and magical day for you, so please enjoy it together."
She then encouraged the fans in the audience to surf the waves, boosting unity and energy, and showcased her charisma with powerful performances of 'BAD HOBBY', 'DNA', and 'LxxK 2 U'.
Emotional stages followed, including 'Love War' and 'Wash Away', where the calm mood allowed the audience to feel Choi Yena's unique and charming voice.
Choi Yena also presented a special stage for her Macau fans. She showcased her lovely charm through a performance of Wang Xinling's 'Ai Ni', which received enthusiastic cheers from the fans. Choi Yena shared, "I heard that you all waited a long time for my solo concert, and I thought about how I could repay you, which is why I prepared this stage." She added, "Thanks to your warm response, I am truly grateful," expressing her deep love and gratitude to her fans.
At the end of the performance, various stages unfolded, including 'The Ugly Duckling', 'Good Morning', and 'Make U Smile'. Choi Yena used Chinese during her talks, deeply connecting with her fans, and delivered a performance that matched the concept of "a dream that makes an ordinary day special," creating special memories for her audience.
Choi Yena remarked, "I wanted to gift you a special day, but I feel like I received even more gifts thanks to the Earthlings. Every moment spent together in 'A New World Starting from a Square! After successfully completing her first solo concert in Macau, following performances in Seoul, Osaka, and Tokyo, Choi Yena is set to continue her tour in Taipei, Taiwan, on May 24, where she will meet her global fans.
