'Hanbully' sheds light on a threatening driving incident on the highway.

On the evening of the 29th, JTBC's 'Han Moon-cheol's Black Box Review' (hereafter 'Hanbully'), part of the Zero Traffic Accident Challenge in South Korea, will focus on a shocking threatening driving incident that occurred on the highway.

The black box footage released that day captures a vehicle rapidly approaching from behind while driving in the first lane, repeatedly flashing its high beams. Upon realizing this, the black box vehicle moves to the second lane, but when it re-enters the first lane, the other vehicle suddenly slams on the brakes, engaging in threatening driving, leaving the panelists exclaiming, "Wow, that's really crazy."

The production team conducts an interview with the black box vehicle owner to hear the details of the incident.

Despite yielding to a vehicle that was closely tailgating with its high beams on during the morning commute, the other vehicle reportedly opened its window and yelled, even threatening with sudden braking. The black box vehicle owner stated, "I felt threatened and filed a police report," and later, the perpetrator contacted them, laughingly saying, "I usually yell while driving in the city," shocking everyone.

The panelists engage in a heated debate over whether the incident constitutes road rage, with lawyer Han Moon-cheol explaining, "If there was any intent, even once, it qualifies as road rage," clarifying the seriousness of threatening driving and the criteria for road rage.

Meanwhile, 'Hanbully' also highlights the dangers of driving assistance systems.

The first black box footage shows a vehicle in the third lane crashing into a curb and then colliding with a vehicle in the second lane. Investigations revealed that the offending vehicle had the driving assistance feature activated while neglecting to pay attention to the road, adding to the regret.

Subsequent black box footage introduces an incident where a driver relying on the driving assistance feature failed to avoid a stationary construction vehicle while looking at their phone, resulting in a collision. In response, 'Hanbully' examines the limitations of autonomous driving assistance systems and the driver's duty of care with experts.

On this day’s broadcast, Yoon San-ha, the youngest member of the group 'Astro' who is now making a new leap as a solo artist, will appear as a guest.
