Lee Min-woo (46), a member of the group Shinhwa, is getting married.
On the 25th, Lee Min-woo shared the news of his marriage on Instagram, saying, "Today, I wanted to share this news with Shinhwa Changjo (fan club) first, so I picked up the pen."
He confessed, "Recently, while going through various situations, I felt mentally exhausted and tired. Spending a lot of time with my family made me reflect on the meaning of family. I had a vague desire to 'build my own family that supports each other' someday. During this time, I confirmed my feelings with a precious relationship I've known for a long time, and we decided to become one family."
He continued, "I really struggled with how to convey this news, and it wasn't easy to pick up the pen. However, thinking about Shinhwa Changjo, who would feel disappointed and upset if they heard this news from somewhere else first, I wanted to share it, even in my clumsy writing. I want to receive congratulations from Shinhwa Changjo, whom I cherish the most, so I hope you will bless this story with warm hearts."
Lee Min-woo also said, "From debuting as Shinhwa to going through passionate teenage, twenties, and thirties, I have been fortunate to receive overflowing love and support from Shinhwa Changjo for a long time. Thanks to Shinhwa Changjo, who always supported me with warm encouragement and love, I was able to find the courage to take another step forward. There were tough times, but I have been happy every single moment living as Lee Min-woo on stage."
He added, "There will be changes in my life ahead, but I promise to continue my activities as Lee Min-woo, meeting Shinhwa Changjo with the love of my family and Shinhwa Changjo as my driving force, both on stage and anywhere else."
Lee Min-woo debuted in 1998 as a member of Shinhwa and has been actively working as a solo artist recently. He performed in the musical 'Les Misérables' last year and recently held his first solo exhibition. He is currently appearing on KBS2's variety show 'Salim Nam 2.'

Hello! Tangerine~ How is everyone doing in this unpredictably capricious summer? I hope you are all healthy and well.
I have successfully completed my first exhibition, and I feel like I have a little more peace of mind now. So today, I picked up the pen to share the news I want to tell Shinhwa Changjo first.
Recently, while going through various situations, I felt mentally exhausted and tired. Spending a lot of time with my family made me reflect on the meaning of family. I had a vague desire to 'build my own family that supports each other' someday. During this time, I confirmed my feelings with a precious relationship I've known for a long time, and we decided to become one family.
I know this sudden news may surprise Shinhwa Changjo a lot. I really struggled with how to convey this news, and it wasn't easy to pick up the pen. However, thinking about Shinhwa Changjo, who would feel disappointed and upset if they heard this news from somewhere else first, I wanted to share it, even in my clumsy writing.
I want to receive congratulations from Shinhwa Changjo, whom I cherish the most, so I hope you will bless this story with warm hearts.
From debuting as Shinhwa to going through passionate teenage, twenties, and thirties, I have been fortunate to receive overflowing love and support from Shinhwa Changjo for a long time. Thanks to Shinhwa Changjo, who always supported me with warm encouragement and love, I was able to find the courage to take another step forward. There were tough times, but I have been happy every single moment living as Lee Min-woo on stage.
There will be changes in my life ahead, but I promise to continue my activities as Lee Min-woo, meeting Shinhwa Changjo with the love of my family and Shinhwa Changjo as my driving force.
I am always grateful and love Shinhwa Changjo. Thank you for reading this long message late at night, and sweet dreams.
