Broadcaster Choi Hwa-jung has extended a warm hand to neighbors in flood-affected areas.
Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pil-ho) announced on the 22nd that Choi Hwa-jung has donated 30 million won to help neighbors in flood-affected areas.
Choi Hwa-jung stated, "It breaks my heart to think of those who have lost their homes due to the heavy rain," and added, "I hope our neighbors can complete their recovery as soon as possible and return to their peaceful daily lives."
Shin Hoon, Secretary-General of Hope Bridge, expressed deep gratitude to donor Choi Hwa-jung for conveying a warm heart to neighbors suffering from the flood, stating, "Hope Bridge will quickly assess and do our best to ensure that the most needed support reaches the affected neighbors in a timely manner."
Choi Hwa-jung previously donated 20 million won during the forest fire damage in March and has now stepped up to help flood victims, sharing warm kindness for her neighbors.
Choi Hwa-jung debuted as a TBC public talent in 1979 and received much love while hosting SBS Power FM's 'Choi Hwa-jung's Power Time' for over 20 years until August last year.
She is currently communicating with the public through her YouTube channel 'Hello, This is Choi Hwa-jung.'
