First of all, we sincerely apologize to the audience who experienced inconvenience and damage due to the identity verification procedure at the DAY6 4TH FANMEETING <PIER 10: All My Days> performance.
We have confirmed the excessive demands and collection of personal information raised during the performance. In the process of entrusting the management of entry to an operating company, issues arose that caused inconvenience to the audience, such as unnecessary additional requests for personal information or the collection and sharing of audience personal information for additional verification of prepared documents.
The identity verification procedure implemented during previous performances was intended to protect the audience by distinguishing between actual viewers and those illegally selling tickets through dishonest means; however, we did not demonstrate flexible responses and management responsibility in this matter. We acknowledge our responsibility in this matter and will thoroughly manage to ensure that personal information is not collected unfairly and without infringing on individual privacy. We will also confirm the facts with the operating company and promise ticket refund compensation to the audience who could not enter the performance due to the excessive identity verification procedure, and we will provide detailed information about the compensation process in a follow-up notice.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for causing significant emotional distress to the audience. We will do our best to ensure that the remaining fan meeting sessions can be enjoyed with a joyful heart.
