In the episode of TV Chosun's 'Lovers of Joseon' aired on the 21st, Julien Kang's daily life after moving in with his mother-in-law was depicted.
On that day, Julien Kang sighed as his mother-in-law cleaned the couple's space and removed a tumbler filled with coffee. He contacted JJ and expressed his frustration, saying, "Did my mother-in-law come in here? It seems like she cleaned up, but she doesn't have to do that. Can't we handle it ourselves?"
In an interview with the production team, Julien Kang revealed, "I was a bit taken aback. Previously, my mother-in-law said she wouldn't come to the third floor, but the tumbler was gone and clothes were missing. I thought, 'Did my mother-in-law come to the third floor again to clean?' It was uncomfortable."
He continued, "Since I married JJ, I think of the third floor as our couple's space. And we can clean it ourselves. I hope our couple's space is respected."
