Singer Soyou expressed her infinite affection for the group Sistar.
On the 20th, a video titled "Hip-up workout that made Soyou kneel + Beef Mukbang" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Umaizing Uhm Jung-hwa TV'.
In the video, Soyou mentioned, "I lost 10kg," and added, "I think I look slimmer than when I was in Sistar."
She then showcased her health by doing hip-up exercises with Uhm Jung-hwa and her trainer, and engaged in extreme challenges to promote her new song.
After the workout, a 'mukbang' featuring Uhm Jung-hwa and Soyou unfolded. During the meal, Uhm Jung-hwa asked, "Do you meet your team often?" to which Soyou replied, "I used to see them quite often until last year, but this year, I've only met Bora."
Soyou then confessed, "Without Sistar, I feel like I don't exist," and revealed her feelings at the time when the company discussed contract matters, saying, "I said I would retire if Sistar disbanded."
She also expressed her strong attachment to Sistar, reminiscing, "Isn't it my youth?" He stated, "Everything in my 20s was Sistar," and firmly said, "If there is no Sistar, there is no me now."
Soyou debuted in 2010 as a member of Sistar, receiving much love with hit songs like 'So Cool', 'Touch My Body', 'Give It To Me', and 'SHAKE IT'.
Sistar, who ruled the music industry as the 'Summer Queen', disbanded in 2017, and the members are pursuing their own paths as solo artists and actors.
