Kim Hyun-jung, who lost 8kg in a month, stated, "At this rate, I could lose more, but I stopped for my health," and added, "I started going back to the gym recently and plan to go at least once a week."
She mentioned that she dieted through various methods including diet and exercise, saying, "People around me doubted if that was really all," and clarified that she lost weight through proper methods, not through Wigobi (a weight loss drug) or procedures.
In particular, Kim Hyun-jung revealed that she maintained her diet for 3 months and 2 weeks, stating, "I completely cut out my favorite foods like cola, instant noodles, and tteokbokki," which surprised many.
