On the 26th, Kang Won-rae posted a photo on Instagram with the caption, "There is so much stuff that it's too narrow for wheelchair users."
The photo shows Kang Won-rae inside a disabled restroom stall. Cardboard boxes are piled in one corner, leaving no room for a wheelchair to move. Particularly, due to the clutter, it is impossible to close the door while seated in a wheelchair.
In response, Kang Won-rae criticized, "What is the burden? An obstacle? A disabled person? Is it uncomfortable for the disabled because of the obstacles? Is it because the person causing discomfort is disabled?" He also indirectly revealed that the restroom is located within a university through hashtags.
Kang Won-rae was diagnosed with lower body paralysis after a motorcycle accident in 2000, when he collided with a vehicle making an illegal U-turn.
