Actress Lee Si-young reminisced about her experience climbing the Himalayas with her son.
On the 23rd, Lee Si-young, Kim Da-som, and Jung Sang-hoon appeared on the YouTube channel ‘Jjanhan Hyung Shin Dong-yeob’.
On that day, when a photo of her climbing the Himalayas with her son was mentioned, Lee Si-young said, "My son is very thin compared to his peers. It was possible because he was thin, and I wanted to carry him once. We went to Cheonggye Mountain and Bukhansan, and then we tried the Himalayas together. I thought it would be the last time, so I did it."
Lee Si-young explained, "I went as far as my son could go. At the last high camp, there was a lot of ice, so it was dangerous, so I carried him while going up." She added, "On the last day, we leave at 3 AM. We have to reach the summit and come down by around 4-5 PM. The schedule is to go at 3 AM, watch the sunrise, and return in the afternoon."
Lee Si-young said, "(Climbing the Himalayas) seemed to be an incredible boost to my son's self-esteem. There are many friends who have traveled, but none have gone to the Himalayas yet. So he was really happy," she laughed.
